Can You Detail in a Gated Community or HOA?

Yes. Add gate instructions when you book and make sure the community allows detailing. We use our own water and power and keep the area clean.
The short answer
Some HOAs and condos have rules about washing. It is your responsibility to confirm we can work there; if we cannot access the location, the deposit may be forfeited.
Ready to book?
You pay a $25 deposit to reserve your time. It comes off your total, and the balance is paid after the detail is done. Reschedule at least 24 hours ahead to keep your deposit.
